Crunchy Coleslaw Recipe

Crunchy coleslaw salad

Serves 4.

1 c. Red Cabbage, shredded
1 c. Green Cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. Carrots, Julienned
1/8 c. Ginger Root, Diced
1/4 c. Scallions, diced
1/4 c. Red Peppers, diced
Black and White Sesame Seeds
1/2 c. Ramen Noodles
1/4 c. Miso Vinaigrette

Crunchy Coleslaw salads are traditionally made with a few key ingredients for  the tastiest possible results. Make sure to add the crunchy ingredients right before serving.

1. Put Ramen noodles in a bag and crush with rolling pin. Set aside

2. Combine cabbage, ginger, scallions, red peppers and toss with miso vinaigrette.

3. Add ramen noodles, toss.

4. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds.

5. Serve immediately
