The entire Tucker House Inn & Harrison House Suites family takes pride in our warm, friendly hospitality and strict attention to detail during every aspect of your stay. No matter what your whim or desire, we’ll do our best to make it a reality.
- Our friendly and gracious innkeepers will make you feel right at home with their warm hospitality.

- Our chef will gladly adapt our breakfast recipes to accommodate special dietary needs.

After you arrive, we’ll do our best to get you on “island time” as quickly as possible. We love sharing our local knowledge of the Islands with our guests. Here is just a sample of what our complimentary concierge service can arrange:
- Transportation to and from the island
- Special services such as furnishing your room with flowers, chocolates, champagne, Washington wine, or a gift basket filled with items from our signature collection (including mugs, hair products, lotions, soaps, and more)
- Massage reservations, either at a local spa or in your suite or cottage (In-room massage currently not available. Scheduling once again beginning Fall 2022.)
- Boxed lunches to take on your adventures
- Dinner reservations, community theater tickets, sailing trips, moped, and car rentals, zip lining experiences, whale watching and kayaking tours, special outings, and more

There’s nothing better than a relaxing massage after an action-packed day on the island. Let our concierge arrange for a licensed therapist to come to your cottage or suite. Please give us 24 hours notice when possible.
Or if you prefer, try one of Friday Harbor’s local spas which will pamper you with a range of services including a velvety French green clay body wrap, stimulating and rejuvenating salt glow, hot stone massage, or an hour-long reflexology session.

When you book using third party sites like Expedia, Bed and Breakfasts.com, TripAdvisor, etc., you can end up paying hidden fees and commissions associated with getting a third party involved in your reservation. These can be anywhere from 4% to 15% higher than booking directly with us. By booking directly with the San Juan Island Inn Collection, there are no hidden fees, plus you’ll have real people located right here on site to help you with anything you need during your booking process (no robots or outsourcing!).
2. Full Access to Accommodation Availability
Because Bed and Breakfasts must pay for rooms to be listed on third party sites, not all of the 18 rooms on our property will be listed. Usually, only a few will be! This can add an unnecessary sense of urgency to book the “last remaining room” without getting the full scope of our accommodation inventory. In fact, the rooms with the highest demand usually aren’t listed on these third party sites anyway! Peruse our accommodations options directly so you’re able to find the perfect fit.
3. You’ll Save Time
As a boutique inn property, we pride ourselves on a personal experience. When we are lucky enough to have guests book directly with us, we are able to have one phone call (or email thread) and gather all the information we need so we can truly get to know you! We take copious notes about dietary restrictions, special occasions, kids ages, pets, etc.
4. You’ll Get Exactly What you Want
Maybe a king sized bed and breakfast delivery is absolutely crucial to your vacation happiness. Maybe you just want a small cottage where you and Fido can escape and relax at a good price. Perhaps your husband’s injury requires a ground-level wheelchair accessible room. Fulfilling these requests will be possible by booking directly with our reservation team. We know the property like the back of our hand, and we can ensure every detail aligns with your perfect vacation vision.
5. Our Free Concierge Service
Last but not least, when you book directly with us, we’re able to offer our full concierge service to you at no extra charge before you even arrive. (In fact, we might end up saving you money!) We can book your Kenmore Air flight, Bellair Shuttle, etc. to help you get here. Not to mention all the interesting tours and exciting excursions there are on the island! We’ll help you make plans to maximize your time on San Juan Island.
