The Perfect Suite for YOUR Family

Table in a large kitchen set for breakfast

So, you’ve decided to take a vacation to the San Juan Islands and now you’re deciding whether to pack the bikes or the family. Mmmmmm, let’s think about this for a while. If you take the bikes, there will be so many trails, paths, roadways to adventure onto. When you get back to The San Juan Island Inn Collection, which of course is where you booked your stay, you’ll will find the perfect accommodations. You and your traveling companion may have chosen a wonderful bed and breakfast room, or perhaps a suite with a private hot tub at the perfect temperature to soothe those weary muscles.  Oh, my goodness! So many choices. But wait! That sounds all fine and dandy, but you just remembered this is the time the kids have been waiting for.

Pack-up the Kids

So, do you stick to your guns and head to the Island or just go to Disneyland?  Decisions, decisions, decisions…  Truthfully, I think this is an easy choice. Trust me on this one. Pack up the family – kids included, even the family dog – and you are on your way to the Collection.  Now it’s time to choose the right accommodations to suit your every want and need.

Take Your Pick

Let’s say you’re traveling with two active pre-teens who are on the hunt for fun on a daily basis. First off, don’t pack your bicycles. That is taken care of at this property. Would you prefer 2 separate bedrooms, perhaps with 2 separate bathrooms? Or a large main room with queen bed, full kitchen as well as another totally private bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twins?  This way you could actually play musical beds! Oh my, too many options.  Did I mention your breakfasts would be delivered each morning of your stay to your room?

This of course is just a couple of examples of what we have for you and yours.  The island offers so many different options to keep your dance card full.  Whether it’s zip lining through the woods, counting how many Orcas you may see in one outing, or a 5-hour kayaking excursion with our wonderful partners. Nothing is written in stone on this island.  You make your plan and perhaps we can help you fill in any holes you come up with. Wait! Those holes could be filled with uninterrupted family time, build a puzzle, hang out on the many property decks, grab some cheese and crackers.

Okay, so basically what I’m trying to say is that staying at the San Juan Island Inn Collection and being on San Juan Island is pretty much an architectural experience.  You design it and you build it.  No matter how big or how small an adventure you’re looking for, you will find it here!

See you soon.
