Coho Restaurant’s last winemaker dinner for fall on Friday, October 24th, will feature the wines of Christian Sparkman from Sparkman Cellars from Woodinville. The Sparkman wine portfolio includes 25 wines mostly focused on Rhone and Bordeaux varietals. We will select 6 to showcase for this dinner. Chris’ wines are elegant, expressive and food-friendly.
Chef Bill Messick will create an autumnal menu paired with the wines. Six courses and five wines – $50/person food + $35 for wine pairing. Our tasting is planned for September 16th, so look here for a menu by Friday the 19th.
Make a night of it – the Tucker House Inn will offer $99 queen Jacuzzi guest rooms for those attending the dinner.
