Jennie’s Cottage
Jennie’s Cottage is a cozy stand alone studio cottage, perfect for a couple or single traveler in search of a vacation rental. It is located off the main deck between two historic San Juan Island houses. It has a queen feather-topped bed, kitchenette, and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
Our guests enjoy the main deck as an extension of their living space, which is equipped with a barbecue grill, ideal for grilling fish and veggies for an evening meal. Jennie’s is value-priced and the perfect choice for the economy-minded traveler or those traveling with furry friends, as this is a pet-friendly cottage.

A one-night stay at this Bed and Breakfast prior to a kayak weekend trip left me determined to return and enjoy the tremendous hospitality and attention to detail exhibited by the Tucker House Inn staff. Jennie's Cottage was cozy, comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I was grateful to find a tasty allergy sensitive breakfast in my fridge in advance of an early morning departure. Excellent!

Lizzie's Cottage
The cottages at the Tucker House come in three sizes – like options in “Goldilocks and the Three Bears.” Lizzie’s Cottage is the “Papa Bear,” the largest of the cottages. More than 100 years old, this stand alone cottage offers lots of privacy – perfect for a San Juan Island romantic getaway or for a weekend retreat with the family and Fido. The amenities include a king feather-topped bed, futon sleeper couch, and remote controlled gas fireplace.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a four-burner stove top, refrigerator, and convection microwave oven. A few steps from the cottage’s front door is the main deck with a shared gas barbecue grill. The dining nook is the perfect setting for family meals or board games. Enjoy the shade of the giant redwood tree on your private, fenced patio located behind the cottage. This is a kid-friendly and pet-friendly cottage. Lizzie’s is a good choice for families or anyone else looking for a spacious vacation rental on the San Juan Islands.

We stayed in Lizzie's Cottage for two nights while on San Juan Island with our two year-old. It was perfect! First of all, the location near Friday Harbor is incredible. Even our toddler could easily handle the walk downtown. We have a variety of food allergies between the three of us and they were able to accommodate them with no issues. Our breakfasts were delicious both days! The cottage had plenty of space, a full kitchen, and a private fenced "backyard" that our toddler called her own play space. We WILL return and absolutely recommend this getaway to everyone!

Goose In The Pond
This charming cottage has a cathedral ceiling with a skylight, ceiling fan, and remote-controlled gas fireplace. The king feather-top bed, bath with shower, and kitchenette round out this comfortable space. Open the split doors to let in fresh San Juan Island air and enjoy the grassy lawn, weeping willow, and shade gardens. A few steps away is the main deck where you can take advantage of the shared barbecue.
How about a feast or an early evening cocktail? The small but well-appointed galley kitchen includes a two-burner stove, small bar sink, mini-refrigerator and coffee maker. There are two private entrances, a covered patio, and plenty of places to secure your bicycle. This is a pet-friendly cottage.

I stayed in the Goose in the Pond Cottage on March 2022 at the Tucker House in Friday Harbor and I had a fantastic experience there. The staff were so incredibly friendly. I brought my pup with me and got the pup package. They left treats for him along with some soap and a cute little pupcake. He ate it right up! For the humans, they had some milk and OJ in the fridge as well as a couple of cookies. The room was well maintained and the perfect comfy space for our romantic getaway on San Juan Island. They dropped off breakfast the next morning (for the humans and the pup) and it was delicious. Upon leaving, I accidentally left my purse and realized it on the way to Lime Kiln. As soon as I called them, they said they'd get the purse and would meet me with it. They were so sweet about returning it to me. The Tucker House is located right in town within walking distance to all the little shops and restaurants in Friday Harbor. I would certainly stay here for another getaway again!
